Involved from day one of this installation, arrived to empty space, assisted in unloading, setting up of all machines from depalletizers to robotic palletizer.
Tasks included, wiring, fault finding, drive setup and reprogramming, PLC fault finding and reprogramming, commissioning and selection of new sensors as required, plus ongoing PM’s to machinery.

Involved in setting up and integration of multi head weigher to both vertical sealer and feeding conveyor, setting up and altering PLC program as required.
